I’m still not certain how to navigate through this, I believe I’m subscribed, I downloaded the Substack app but am having trouble getting it to open. Is that necessary, or can we access you through this area?
Tamara, I *think* because you are commenting in means you are already "in". The app is only necessary if you want to access it from your phone or tablet (and even then you can still access via a web browser).
You'll receive the content week to week via email (every Thursday for you) and I'll send out zoom links related to any workshops via email also.

And there is a separate chat that I'll start from week to week that let's us post photos and chat separate to the comments like we are now. The link for that is here (you should hopefully have received an email for it too):
Patty, it can be but it doesn't have to be. Each week will be themed. I'll share my thoughts and contemplations on the topic from my own exploration, and then offer questions and practical considerations /practices for you to weave into your week. Some of them could be used as intentional journalling prompts, absolutely.
